Yesterday, I was check my home network regularly and see a message of possible to upgrade my Ubiquity Cloud Key to version 6. But unfortunately lost all configuration after the upgrade.
I was running the latest update of version 5 at that time. And I do keep a 30 day configuration backup reguratilly so I choose upgrade without additional thoughts.
The upgrade need several steps and took few minutes. My wifi and network was working during upgrade as they are design to keep working when controller is not available. However after upgrade finish and device reboot, there was nothing in my network dashboard. All my network device are marked as need to adopt, and all my network configuration are gone.
I try to restore backup from previous backup, but all the backup are not accept by the controller. And It takes me another 1 hour to reconfigure the entire network.
